Day 4 at the University of Sydney Gaza Solidarity Camp 🇵🇸
Today USyd WoCo invited Families for Palestine where we helped face painting for the kids and a Tatreez session for the adults. (1/6)
The night concluded with a film screening of Berkeley in the Sixties about the civil rights and free speech movement where student activists fought in opposition to the House of Un-American Activities (HUAC). (5/6)
Tomorrow we are holding a rally at 1pm, we are being visited by Families for Palestine, and we will be holding a teach in at 3pm with Teachers for Palestine. Come on down, set up a tent and bring a sleeping bag, build the encampment!

teach-ins on USyd’s ties with arms manufacturer Thales and teach-ins on anti-war activism in Australia, followed in the evening by a vigil.
We are overwhelmed by the generosity of so many community members who have come by to deliver food and other essentials!
University of Sydney students have organised this encampment in solidarity with students at #Columbia. We too are fighting against our universities connections with Israeli institutions and ties to weapons manufacturers. @ColumbiaSJP@palyouthmvmt
