@zomato for same resto twice in 1 week the order was delayed and forcefully got cancelled and now, the wrong order gets delivered, despite sharing the img on chat, instd of replacing or processing Full refund,you pay 210 instd of 335 and top of that your chatbot is poor.

Yesterday I was trying to transfer 61k from IDFC to SBI saving account via phonepe. Unfortunately, the amt got transferred to my SBI car loan Acc instead of SBI saving Acc. How can I get a refund to my SBI saving Acc as I need it for a labour emergency?

@harshamjty This is the first response I have heard from Swiggy after 2 months for the loss of over a lakh and the emotional disturbance I went through to collect my own asset from the court due to Swiggy Genie's negligence and its core value is Ownership. Kudos to your service!

The Area Division say that we are paying only for the electric city we use and they have rights to cut power anytime. We are working from home and our productivity is hampering everytime these ppl disconnect and that too for more than 5 hours a or night

@NammaBESCOM Mico layout 13th main road Garebavipalya. From past 3 days the power cut has been very frequent. Night 5 hour, on 20th whole day & again from morning power cut. After complaining 2 hours they give and disconnect. But central helpline confirms no issue in the area.
