Quality of construction is the major issue faced by many customers, on top of that safety is also becoming a concern.

@PGCodeCraft @SMARTWORLDDEV Not being transparent is the most concerning point with Smartworld. Be it RMs, Sales team, Projects team, Estate office.. nobody believes in letting the customer know anything in advance.

On top of this issue, now there is a safety issue for the residents which cant be accepted.
