@cromaretail I don’t know what work you guys do. Will it take this long for a resolution ? Bunch of pathetic staffs working and customers are getting affected badly. Taking the dead TV to the croma showroom where I purchased it and drop it there. Arrange for a refund #croma
Extremely disappointed with the service from @cromaretail. I purchased a Croma TV just a week ago,and it stopped working within days,completely dead. I raised a service request yesterday morning, but haven’t received a single call or update since. Truly a disappointing experience

@cromaretail I expect a swift response from your team and only the X team is responding quickly and not the actual support team. I need a replacement, not a repair, as a TV that failed within a week of purchase. can’t rely on that.
It’s really annoying with @1mgOfficial. You have taken blood samples from the patient and post that 3 out of 4 tests are cancelled. It was mentioned I would get a callback in 2 hrs but nobody cared to call. Pathetic customer service #1mg#badservice
