@DTDCIndia @cosmixwellness Package arrived on 7th May when original date of arrival was 28th April. DTDC was falsely updating the portal that it was delivered and then was also saying there is no one at home- when I was at home. Kindly get your systems right .

@DTDCIndia Expected date of delivery of package 28th April. Package still awaited as your delivery agent falsely notifies no one at home / did not pick up call. Rude and inefficient customer care service. @cosmixwellness please do better on delivery partner.
