Don’t know if I will be allowed to board with a ticket whch is 30 paisa short.This isa disaster of epic proportions,manifestation of poor process, terrible IT systems whch cnnot reconcile btwn spltting PNRs, untrained callcenter agnts & outright apathy for clients @IndiGo6E (7)

Aftr 3hr of explaining this to 4 agnts,I was told that I need to pay again for the 2nd ticket,all of 11K INR to reissued & no answr on what happned to my prev pymnt. Iam now to chase my bnk.Aftr all this,I hv the 2nd ticket confrmd,1st ticket magically 30 ps less @indigo (5)

They said when the PNR was split,it took away 30 Paisa more from the 1st ticket,so its partially paid and hence not confrmd. So Net,one is showing 50 paisa more but actually not paid??? and the other one is 30 paisa less and therefore both tickets are screwed up.@IndiGo6E (4)
