My inability to speak Hindi caused aseverecommunicationbreakdown at the concerned offices.I urgently request that the Kanpur Cyber Cell / Kakadev PS immediately issue the NoObjection Certificate (NOC) to @HDFC_Bank so my account can be unfrozen. My financial stability is at risk.

I have traveled to Kanpur >15 times and submitted all documents. I was assured an NOC would be sent.The NOC has not been received,and I cannot access my salary.I have also raised formal complaints via CPGRAMS & UP Jansunwai, but the issue is unresolved. @CellNagar @Uppolice
