Liber Abaci is Fibonacci’s practical arithmetic book for merchants, students, and officials. Its core purpose is to introduce Europe to the Hindu numeral system
Being Indian isn’t just about culture — it’s a civilizational identity.

जो धर्म दूसरे धर्म का बाधक हो, वह धर्म नहीं कुधर्म है। धर्म वही है जो किसी दूसरे धर्म का विरोध न करके प्रतिष्ठित हो।
Dharma that hinders other dharma is not dharma but bad dharma. Only dharma which is established without obstructing any other dharma is Dharma.
- श्रीमहाभारत
The confusion arises from fabricated history & a culture of unchecked Plagiarism prevalent until recently. Calculus was invented between 500-1500CE by the 'Aryabhata school' of Astronomers. Newton & Leibniz both learned it through Jesuit Colleges(Stefano Degli & Vincenzo Viviani)
"Kallisthenes found a complete system
of logic among the Indians, and sent it to his uncle Aristotle"
-Sir William Jones

Plagiarism of Indian philosophy by ancient Greeks. The world is not yet ready for this discussion.

You can demolish anything, but not truth. You can crush anything, but not spirit. You can prevent anything, but not justice. You can erase anything, but not memory.
You can subjugate twenty generations, but not the twenty-first. Not the twenty-first.
Let us say, there is a worldwide nuclear catastrophe. And a future archaeologist digs out a Remington typewriter with a Hindi keyboard. Would that be proof that the typewriter was invented in India?
Relying on isolated artefacts like the antikythera, is similar to the desperate church trick of using the "shroud of Turin" to prove the crucifixion of Jesus, because there is a void of historical evidence for it.
Greeks had access to Egyptian knowledge, especially after the Ptolemaic dynasty ruled Egypt. But where was the background of knowledge development among Greeks? Everything we know about Greeks points to their extreme backwardness in mathematics and astronomy.
The question is why was the Greek calendar so bad that Romans laughed at it? (Consistent with the antikythera?😀) Why was the Roman calendar so bad? Why did the Julian reform of that calendar come only AFTER the Roman conquest of Egypt? Why did it have leap years but no fractions? (Why did its Gregorian reform of 1582 copy this PRIMITIVE technique of leap years?)
The question is what was the largest Roman or Greek number? Why was it only a myriad (10,000) when the Yajurveda from thousands of years earlier has numbers up to a parardha (10^12)? The question is how did Greeks or Romans do astronomy without proper arithmetic? The question is, why are all Greek "sources" only from after the Crusades, when the history of science was fanatically Christianized? And so on.
Wikipedia will never answer these questions or even allow the objections to Greek glorification to be stated. It is an item of religious belief for the West.
Better first read my easy book about all their falsehoods starting from the Aryan race conjecture (pic, ALT) to understand what terrible lies the West tells.
