He is allegedly creating and sharing highly offensive videos targeting Sanatan Dharma and promoting caste-based hatred. Hate-filled videos are being created with the apparent intention of creating divisions and provoking conflict among Hindus, Muslims, and Buddhists.

Such content can have a serious negative impact on communal harmony in India. Attempts are being made online to spread caste-based and religious hatred and to disturb the peace and social harmony of the country.

In a strongly worded open letter, former judges have expressed grave concern over a sustained campaign to undermine the Election Commission, judiciary and other constitutional institutions.

The signatories have questioned allegations of “vote theft” without supporting evidence, warning that repeatedly branding constitutional authorities as “thieves” and “compromised” risks eroding public trust in democracy.

“Criticism of institutions is a democratic right. Denigration is not,” the letter states.

Defending the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls, the signatories emphasised that it is a legally established exercise aimed at ensuring clean and accurate voter lists.
