Weโre entering an era of agent-first tools:
stronger feedback loops between agents, with human judgment where it matters.
We keep hearing from senior engineers that their mental load is growing, even with AI code review in place.
When review happens at the PR stage, humans still carry the work of interpreting findings and driving fixes.
We need code quality built into the inner loop:
independent & adversarial review while the coding agent is working, so it can investigate and fix issues before opening a PR.
Think of the coding agent and the review agent (@QodoAI) as a duo: one generates, the other challenges, each with its own harness and context. They work through findings together.
Humans set the swarm setup, the standard, and arbitrate when needed. Let's use human judgment where and when needed.
Am experimenting with project specific coding DeepAgents vs. Codex over the next 2 weeks.
Thus far, @LangChain DeepAgents have more than held their own!
@TajinderBagga@instagram@metaindia Impose massive fines. Every such "technical glitch" should result in tens of millions of fines in USD.
And, have a (network layer) kill switch for Social Media providers in time for the next regime-change / color-revolution attempt.
Starlink is also used for regime-change ops.
How to thrive as Ai takes over?
1. AI removes knowledge-barriers to entry. Broaden your scope.
2. Ai communication streams will flood everyone. Master effective human-to-human communication.
3. Pure people managers are obsolete. Everyone is an IC. Some ICs have broader responsibilities.
4. Diversify your skills, ops, revenue. Put agents to work.
