हम उस बिहार में रहते हैं जहां सारण में कुएं से निकली बेटी के लाश को 4 घंटे तक यूहीं पड़ा रहना पड़ गया। पोस्टमार्टम के लिए ले जाने हेतु एंबुलेंस पुलिस ने उपलब्ध नहीं करवाया। स्थानीय कोतवाल की मदद से जब पीड़ित परिवार ने एंबुलेंस बुलाया तो उसके पेट्रोल के लिए भी पीड़ित परिवार को ही 600 रुपया देना पड़ा। हमारे बिहार की कानून व्यवस्था ऐसी है की पोस्टमार्टम के बाद शव तभी मिला जब पीड़ित परिवार ने 3000 रुपया चुकाया। ये सारी बातें आज सारण में मृतक पीड़िता के बड़ी बहन ने रोते हुए बताया।
