@cf_hamont @SarahJama_ I have Celiacs. Unfortunately it really isn’t cheap. But rice based alternatives are usually cheaper. For example Rizopia makes a good GF rice pasta that costs $2-3 for a bag. You can get it at Fortino’s or Sobey’s.

Today a patient & I called every women's shelter in #HamOnt only to be told there was no shelter bed for the night, and the overflow hotels were also FULL. The suggestion? We will call you when there's a bed (the patient doesn't have a phone). Encampments were never the problem.
