A person can be elected president no more than twice (or serve more than 10 years total in very specific VP scenarios).
There is zero constitutional language saying an impeached-but-not-convicted president gets a “do-over” term or can run extra times.

Impeachment is basically an indictment, not a conviction. Only the Senate can convict and remove a president.
Even then, removal doesn’t erase time already served.
