@EE @cyranoartist There is an issue with the site though, has been for days! Select the log in to upgrade option & you get a blank screen. Likewise if you try to order accessories, you face an error as soon as you log in! Can’t load details in EE app either. Same across all browsers and via app.

@currys I preordered an iPhone from Carphone Warehouse which I was advised on 15/09 was due to be delivered today. I’ve had no further correspondence since. I take it I won’t be receiving the order today? Please advise the status and when I should expect to receive this.

@dancinganddream @meg_b17 @currys I messaged them on here. That’s when I was told they’ll contact me with an update. Needless to say they haven’t… I’m still none the wiser. It’d be nice if they actually bothered to get in touch stating it’s delayed. Clearly that’s expecting too much!
