Every call - different number. Working day- being hounded by ‘Airtel recovery agents’ saying ‘broadband account not closed due to some pending amount’. Airtel app showing now such info. Gotta be a better way of doing this, without bothering clients.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence kindly help - when customers need solutions, endless wait on 121, no resolution for 2-3 days sometimes. Now when surrendered/closed the account, being harassed repeatedly. Endless calls from unknown numbers. Very stressful!
