@marksandspencer completely unacceptable layout of store and timing of deliveries in Earlsfield-making people walk in road to get to a main entrance. Only a matter of time til someone gets hurt. Sort it out-deliver when the store has the lowest footfall, or better yet when closed

@santanderuk just opened a joint account but already a customer with own personal id, I’ve been given a new one for this joint account- how do I link them/just have one log on for all accounts

@SkyHelpTeam Hi heather! Thanks, I understand that but when a contract is taken out 12 or 18 months ago and now I receive a letter telling me explicitly I’ll save money, that’s not actually the reality!! It’s misleading.
