@BootsHelp your customer service needs looking at. I received a parcel of Christmas gifts that was ruined due to a product fault & poor packing. replacement order has also arrived in a state, & I’m told go to a store or pay to return it so I can have a refund.

@CricutUK why is your live chat for help caught in a loop that doesn’t get me to a representative? The day before Mothers Day and my Cricut Joy has decided it will no longer connect via Bluetooth so I can’t make my designs. I need someone to help
