@IncomeTaxIndia @FinMinIndia My issue is marked as closed w/o resolution. I hve asked to send doc. De issue is pending since 2014, now de r asking to send all documents even when everything is/should be available on incometax. Whats the use of digitalization when everyone needs hardcopy? Pls help.

Went 2 Srilanka 4 10 days. Airtel has activated 2 IR plans (10 days - requested by me n 30 days package- not requested) 4 same country & 4 same period. Now harassing me 2 pay 4 both. This is shame n new way of harassing customer.Any help.@airtelindia @TRAI
