@zomatocare@zomatocare - Thank you for the promo code but I am not interested in promo code. It’s about changing the policy. Why should customer suffer because restaurant is not picking call.
@zomato@zomatocare - I have ordered from a restaurant that’s on your platform. Now the restaurant is not responding to your call then why should I pay?
@DesigningUber - Not reaching out to customer care because there is no user friendly way to reach out. Please update the UX seems like it’s designed to avoid finding help section.
@UberEng - attached is the ride id. The ride showed me ₹ 119 which seemed normal (unfortunately) for that time. However it was showing only ₹ 36 for driver partner. Issue is a rider I had to pay extra amount to make ₹ 119. Later the bill got to ₹ 36 .
@UberEng It’s a clear bug and it really creates issue between both the parties and that leads to safety concern. It’s a simple app with one purpose “allow users to book ride” please don’t turn it into a cluttered crap.
This is Barcelona at night, one of the world's most unique cities. But why does it look like that?
Well, until 1855 it was overcrowded, dirty, and diseased — then something special happened.
Here is how you build a beautiful city...
@nicoramirezdev@CoreyMSchafer@elonmusk As a company everyone tries to avoid prod bugs as it can lead to downtime which leads to financial impact and trust. Based on what I understand that’s where d beauty of eng. comes. It’s totally understandable that issues can happen in prod too but a test account is also possible.
@nicoramirezdev@CoreyMSchafer@elonmusk I totally agree with you people do say things without knowing the entire thing. However in my personal opinion I think it make sense to give people benefit of doubt. For 2nd part-if a bank or any site decides to the follow the same approach with privacy, will anyone of us be ok ?

I would like to believe your first question is sarcasm. My personal understanding is it is not required to convey the rest of your point.
