There’s been a lot of hype around Prestige ParkLane. While the pricing looks attractive, having 1,800 flats on 10 acres seems like a major concern. IMO, it would be challenging to get good rental yields or achieve a decent resale margin in the future. What are your thoughts?

For my 1.5 Cr home loan, 70K in benefits promised during acquisition remains unpaid for yrs despite repeated follow-ups. Zonal & Regional heads have been looped in, yet no resolution. Why is this being passed around without accountability? HELP 🚨🚨
