A MAJOR aspect of studying/reviewing/assessing that I believe is often under-appreciated by teachers and students alike is its ability to illuminate our deficiencies in knowledge so we can better tailor future studies to be better targeted, more efficient, and more effective.

@veetor Rookie here, teaching is my second career and as frustrated as I get some days, I've dealt with worse stressors on my mental health. No job should affect you to that point and you should do what's best for you. So does my resilience/fresh legs=hot commodity? Can I get more $ 😂?
