@ChShersh I think it's hard to judge people from just questions. If possible maybe do a small (remote) pairing session on a small problem with a few of the team. That way you really understand how they work and communicate and how you relate to that.
@AlistairBuzz But seriously, could you make it even faster with a smaller monad stack? Do you need as many levels as you have? I presume you are using Polysemy?
@a_kompos@wjlow Sometimes I just watch these to learn shortcuts and different ways of doing things. They are also great for motivating you to do more Haskell.
