@qatarairways I requested a refund via call and they never sent me a confirmation email. They also removed me from my booking and left me with no further details. Currently still waiting for my refund

@qatarairways I called them for over an hour and for what? Them to be disrespectful and rude? All I did was ask if my flight was cancelled because my app was unreliable. Such disgusting behaviour. Awful airline. Useless. Unreliable. Never ever booking with them again.

@qatarairways I tried to get a refund but it says that I won’t get the full refund so I changed my dates for the flight but it charges me double?? I am supposed to be travelling with my baby to see his grandmother for the first time. I can’t afford to pay double the amount for a date change!!
