Credit where it’s due for @qatarairways - on Monday evening the date my son was travelling to Singapore fell under their policy for a full refund if cancelled, we cancelled on Tuesday late afternoon and received the full refund on my credit card this morning. Excellent service!

@SimonCalder @qatarairways are still only offering cancellation up until the 15th Mar whilst other airlines are the end of the month, do you have any idea when/if this will be extended? It’s impossible to reach anyone at QR via any means!

@qatarairways “Passengers can refund or change their flights for the next 7 days” can you confirm if this means anyone can change for the next 7 days or people flying in the next 7 days can change their flight? Also what is the time frame for the changes please?
