If you can’t deliver fresh & intact products, stop selling eggs. This is poor service.

• Automated system makes you wait 90-120 seconds
• Operator then takes another 30+ seconds to note complaint
• Total delay: 2.5–3.5 minutes just to register a complaint
• Actual PCR response: 30+ minutes

In a real emergency, every second counts. How can citizens trust the system when even registering an SOS takes this long?

Urgent need for reform — faster automated response + quicker dispatch.
