Yesterday we took part in a live Q&A with @Emma_J_Young, all the way from Australia. The event was organised by Libby book club for WA and was hosted by David Allan-Patale. Emma discussed her career and her latest novel, The Disorganisation of Celia Stone. #WeAreSouthShore

Happy May the Fourth/Star Wars Day. This marks the beginning of Sci-Fi Month, a celebration of all the Science-Fiction material that we stock here in SSA library. The Sci-Fi Book Cover Design Competition also runs all the way to Friday the 26th of May. #WeAreSouthShore

Our Y9s had a brilliant time on a Literacy and English reward trip to @edgehill. After some fascinating sessions on criminology and court room practice, we drove home with a coach full of future lawyers ✨️ @SSABlackpool @SSAEnglish

Our top 12 highest Achievement Point scorers in KS3 had a fantastic time on their rewards trip to @palatinelibrary for a virtual reality experience!
