@Hertz I’m used to receiving amazing customer service from hertz but today, I don’t know what’s happening. Car smells like cigarettes / weed, gas tank only half full (despite paying extra), and no windshield wiper fluid which is a safety issue given todays weather. For $250/day!
Also my AAA discount was not applied. I am really hoping you can make this right as I have been a loyal hertz member for decades. What a terrible way to start our February vacation.

@JetBlue hey JetBlue, can you please help me cancel my flight that will take off shortly? The website and app aren’t working and I’ve been on hold for over an hour… and that is after being on hold for 2.5 hours with you yesterday. Thank you!!
