SOUTH AFRICAN VISAS
UGANDAN PASSPORTS
Guys, a person called MODJADJI MAHLANGU - Consular officer at South African High Commission, in Kampala took passports of Ugandans who had applied for visas.
She locked their passports in her office and not even a single person at South African high commission, in Kampala can do anything.
Her office was locked yesterday and locked today, some of the passports holders were meant to travel for 2 oceans marathons, paid tickets, accommodations and the high commission in Kampala says they don’t know where she is.
SOUNDS LIKE A JOKE! @HomeAffairsSA what’s this?
Ministry of foreign affairs Uganda( @mofaug ) please don’t take this lightly, follow it up and let Ugandans not be taken for granted.
Tag South African authorities.
I remember when Ugandans used to line up at their embassy for visas as early as 4 a.m. It was not until the former Speaker of Parliament, Rebecca Kadaga, gave them a stern warning that they eased the process a bit.
In Uganda, such embassies and diplomats may act with impunity against Ugandans, knowing that we are on our own. They also know that Ugandans tend to take such treatment lightly, which breeds complacency. @wekesa_amos@mkainerugaba

**Important Notice**: Mpox is a viral infection that can be prevented and treated. It spreads through close contact, staying informed and recognising symptoms early is crucial for protecting our health and communities. Stay safe!!!!
Early today we mapped northern Uganda’s Adjumani District, meeting with a local CBO that supports youth education in the Nyumanzi Refugee Settlement. The meeting fostered valuable partnerships and ways to enhance support for the refugee community.
🚨 Attention Refugee Communities! 🚨
Mpox is preventable and treatable, know the symptoms, take precautions, and seek medical help early. Protect yourself and your loved ones. Together, we can stay safe!

Kukimbia hatari haimaanishi kila wakati uhuru. Mradi wetu ujao unaleta mwanga juu ya hadithi zisizosemwa za wale ambao bado wanakwama katika kimya. Kupitia "Voices in the Shadows", tunaimarisha sauti za wakimbizi na jamii zinazohatarini, ambao mapambano yao hayana sauti.
Escaping danger doesn’t always mean freedom. Our upcoming project sheds light on the untold stories of those still trapped in silence. Through "Voices in the Shadows," we amplify the voices of refugees and vulnerable communities whose struggles go unseen.
Échapper au danger ne signifie pas toujours être libre. Notre projet à venir met en lumière les histoires non racontées de ceux qui restent piégés dans le silence. nous amplifions les voix des réfugiés et des communautés vulnérables dont les luttes restent invisibles.
Coming soon: “VOICES IN THE SHADOWS,” a project shedding light on the untold stories of refugees and vulnerable communities still searching for freedom. Stay tuned for the reveal!
I've always dreamed of having my own watch collection. The Jacob & Co. Flight of CR7 & the Heart of CR7 takes inspiration from some of my most iconic moments on the field. I hope you like them as much as I do.
