Great news for some New Jersey families and caregivers of people with profound autism.
A new state law now gives parents more time and peace of mind when applying for guardianship so that important legal protections stay in place without interruption.
Autism New Jersey helped lead the advocacy for this change so that more families can feel secure and supported in protecting the wellbeing of their loved ones.
Learn how this law can make a real difference for adults with autism and their families and why stronger legal protections matter to our community.
