My least favorite regulation is 14CFR 91.817—which prohibits supersonic flight regardless of noise profile. But it's easy to fix to allow boomless supersonic flight.

@HotAisle@tunguz@nvidia@AMD I do hope they can get it right at some point. Being able to drive down the cost of compute will free up capital to be able to do more interesting things in other parts of the stack.
@HotAisle@tunguz@nvidia@AMD I also don't think that GPUs is the only place where historically had poor software. A lifetime ago (it seems now) we were using Intel's libraries for fast image processing. AMD didn't really have a competitive offering at the time.
