Baklava made from scratch!
On January 10th, Silver Sage-Reno cooking class rolled the dough, layered walnuts, and poured the sweet syrup to create homemade baklava. It was just as fun to make as it was to eat!
December at Cooking Club, our Indonesian chef Deasy delighted both our hearts and our appetites with Korean-style marinated eggs and Indonesian chicken noodle soup. As if the delicious flavors and beautiful presentation weren’t enough, she personally served every single guest.
Our Cooking Club came together for a cozy Friendsgiving dinner at our lovely member Monica’s home.
It was a joyful evening filled with great food, laughter, and friendship. We’re so thankful to Monica for hosting us and treating everyone to an unforgettable turkey feast.
