They raised my rates, and decreased my service. I’m actually grateful the recycling truck missed my house 2 times in a month. Without that happening I would’ve never shopped around. @RepublicService was charging me 212% higher than the competition!!!

@RepublicService customer service; It’s horrible! Every time I call, no matter the time of day, it takes a minimum of 20-30 minutes to reach a representative. If you’re a day late paying, you get charged a fee, but when they owe you money it takes 6-8 weeks to get refunded.
