I want to know from @NMC_IND the National Medical Commission as to where on earth (except India) can any country follow the following:-
@NMC_IND the National Medical Commission in its NOTIFICATION No. UGMEB/NMC/Rules & Regulations/2021/ dated 18th November, 2021 (Foreign Medical Graduate Licentiate) Regulations, 2021 says –
4. Grant of permanent registration to Foreign Medical Graduate. – No foreign medical graduate shall be granted permanent registration, unless he has –
(iv) studied the mandatory subjects specified in the Schedule-I;
(b) registered with the respective professional regulatory body or otherwise, competent to grant license to practice medicine in their respective jurisdiction of the country in which the medical degree is awarded and at par with the license to practice medicine given to citizen of that country;
(Done the Indian students will obtain the license to practice medicine at par with the one given to citizen of that country from every country but that is possible only if they study the course and follow all the guidelines of that country at par with local students)
AND
@NMC_IND the National Medical Commission in its SAME NOTIFICATION says –
Schedule-I (See regulation 4) criteria to recognise foreign medical graduates applying for licence or permanent registration to practice in India:
2. Eligibility for primary medical qualification in a country outside India:
(ii) Content of course or Training leading to primary medical qualification
(a) The course and internship or clinical clerkship shall commensurate with the MBBS course of India in accordance with the Regulations on Graduate Medical Education, 1997 and subsequent amendments thereto, and shall include the subjects mentioned therein as are duly recognised by the Commission under sub- section (2) of section 61 of the Act;
Question for @NMC_IND to think and respond is:- How can any country on earth including USA, UK etc. give the license to practice medicine at par with the one given to citizen of that country while teaching the curriculum designed by a foreign country (in this case it is India) or say teaching the curriculum not at par with the country issuing the license?
IN SUCH A SCENARIO @NMC_IND MUST SIMPLY POST A NOTIFICATION IN WRITING THAT @NMC_IND DOES NOT RECOGNISE ANY COUNTRY ABROAD, AND INDIAN STUDENTS MUST STOP GOING ABROAD.
THAT WILL SAVE PRECIOUS TIME OF INDIAN STUDENTS + HARD EARNED MONEY OF PARENTS AND THOUSANDS OF CRORES OF FOREX OF OUR COUNTRY FROM BEING WASTED.
Surprising to see that 8th December, 2023 was a working day after the 7th December, 2023 when Public Notice No. U-15024/9/2023-UGMEB was issued by @NMC_IND the National Medical Commission in the late evening while as 9th and 10th December 2023 were holidays.
Today the 11th December, 2023 @NMC_IND issued “Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) related to FMGs with reference to the Public Notice dated 7th December, 2023”.
Did the @NMC_IND really get the questions in just one working day of Public Notice or without waiting for more questions they themselves published the FAQ’s expecting that these questions will come up on the Public Notice issued on 7th December, 2023.

I want to know from @NMC_IND the National Medical Commission as to which of the statements issued through various Notifications or Gazette shall the aspiring FMG take as binding on them as all the 4 Notifications have different meanings as per the language used and that is definitely going to harm all the FMG badly as well Indian FOREX at the same time.
@NMC_IND the National Medical Commission in its NOTIFICATION No. UGMEB/NMC/Rules & Regulations/2021/ dated 18th November, 2021 (Foreign Medical Graduate Licentiate) Regulations, 2021 says –
The total duration of the foreign medical graduation course shall be completed within ten years from the date of joining the course.
@NMC_IND the National Medical Commission in its NOTIFICATION No. U/-15024/9/2023-UGMEB dated the 22nd November, 2023 says –
CAPPING OF TIME LIMIT TO QUALIFY FMG EXAMINATION:- The time limit for appearing in FMG Examination/ NExT will be 10 years from the completion of their training/ course in Foreign Medical Institution.
@NMC_IND the National Medical Commission in its NOTIFICATION No. U-15024/9/2023-UGMEB Dated 7th December, 2023 says -
ISSUES RELATED TO CAPPING OF TIME LIMIT TO QUALIFY FMG EXAMINATION:- All FMGs shall have to complete their internship within 10 years from date of joining their Foreign Medical Institutions to procure qualification equivalent to MBBS in India.
@NMC_IND the National Medical Commission in its NOTIFICATION No. U-15024/9/2023- UGMEB Dated 11th December, 2023 says –
Issues related to capping of time limit to qualify FMG Examination:-
What will be the time limit for completing internship for FMGs?
Ans: The time limit for appearing in FMG Examination/NExT shall be in consonance with regulations applicable for Indian students. All FMGs shall have to complete their internship in India within 10 years of date of joining their Foreign Medical Institutions.
God Bless @NMC_IND the National Medical Commission with long life and FAME.
ZERO BREATHING PERIOD FOR FOREIGN MEDICAL STUDENTS
Respected @narendramodi Ji, @mansukhmandviya Ji @OfficeOf_MM@ianilradadiya Ji, @dryogendermalik Ji
Here is another order No. U-15024/9/2023- UGMEB; Government of India; National Medical Commission; (Under Graduate Medical Education Board); Date: 11th December, 2023 issued today is disastrous order and @NMC_IND has practically destroyed the career of thousand of students going abroad around the globe.
@NMC_IND needs to understand that – MBBS Abroad equivalent course is minimum 6 years of degree in any country + minimum 1 year of internship + 1 session for licensing examination making total course duration abroad = 8 years of education.
Further to above 8 years education abroad followed by 1 year for NExT 1 + 1 year of Internship + NExT 2 = making it to 3 years in India.
HOW can any students studying MBBS Abroad for 8 years + 3 years examination in India; making total process to ELEVEN years be completed in only 10 years.
AN ORDER ISSUED WITHOUT GOING THROUGH AND KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE REALITY / FACTS OF MEDICAL EDUCATION ABROAD AROUND THE GLOBE.
I want to know from @NMC_IND the National Medical Commission -
Does USA, UK, Australia, Canada & New Zealand follow CBME curriculum, including Family Adoption programme; how are they being exempted from FMGE / NExT?
Does USA, UK, Australia, Canada & New Zealand follow the FMGL 2021 where the minimum duration of MBBS Equivalent course shall be 54 month; though most of these countries have 48 months of course equivalent to MBBS?
Wish @NMC_IND reply to these two questions why discrimination with other countries where students used to go through Government of India nomination / permission for decades.

What is the outcome - Anything & Everything for Indian Medical institutions especially private medical institutions.
1. Lower NEET-PG eligibility to Zero.
2. Allow NEET-UG to change nationality, opened window.
3. Allow failed students to appear 5th time.
4. Disown Indian (INDIAN) students studying abroad at any cost.
5. Indian students studying abroad or going abroad or flying for medical education are Indians not foreigners.
6. Indian students studying abroad or going abroad or flying for medical education are studying in WFME approved medical institutions and countries only.
@PMOIndia, @MoHFW_INDIA
This is really a step motherly behavior from the @NMC_IND towards Ukraine returned 1000 students in comparison to the Indian students in India.
Why is this discrimination between the Indian students studying in India and the Indian students studying abroad?
We can not afford to lose the funds spent on our 2 years of education.
We can not afford to take fresh admission.
1. Kindly treat us as humans as we are humans, not animals.
2. Kindly treat us as Indians as we are citizens of the Indian only.
Honestly speaking, it is nothing but a travesty of justice; having different yardsticks for Indian students studying in India and Abroad
Kindly allow us a one-time exemption to take a transfer to complete our studies in any other country.
FMG obtaining 148 / 149 don't get relaxation of even 1 /2 marks in FMGE
For the benefit of Private medical institutions 100% rebate given in NEET-PG (ALL SAY IT IS DISCRIMINATION)
NEET is taken for admission in all medical colleges in India as is recognized by the Supreme Court
@MoHFW_INDIA@mansukhmandviya@MoHFW_INDIA@NMC_IND thinks otherwise about quality of medical education in Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kyrgyz Republic, Moldova, Romania, Russian Federation, Tajikistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Georgia, China
All these countries are already approved by WFME
@mansukhmandviya@MoHFW_INDIA@NMC_IND Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kyrgyz Republic, Moldova, Romania, Russian Federation, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Georgia, China All these countries are already approved by WFME
Still Aruna ma'am said they are selling the degrees
@PIB_India Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kyrgyz Republic, Moldova, Romania, Russian Federation, Tajikistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Georgia, China also are approved by WFME
Still, NMC thinks education in these countries mentioned above is below quality as compared to our India.
@mansukhmandviya Ji @MoHFW_INDIA
You allowed MBBS Doctors with ZERO marks in NEET PG to join Post graduation degree in any medical college in India ; such is your power and of your Ministry
You can but kindly don’t be reluctant in allowing one-time permission for transfer to Ukraine returned Indian medical students of batch 2021-22
They all are innocent kids of India only
They are less than ±1200
They come under FMGL2021
They all are NEET qualified kids
30000 to 40000 students those come under FMGL2021 have already flown abroad for MBBS after the FMGL Gazette Notification 18.11.2021
Why stop these ±1200
Kindly allow them one-time permission for transfer
@NMC_IND@PMOIndia
@MoHFW_INDIA Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kyrgyz Republic, Moldova, Romania, Russian Federation, Tajikistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Georgia, China also are approved by WFME
Still, many Indians think education in these countries mentioned above is below quality as compared to our India.

The National Medical Commission @NMC_IND (Foreign Medical Graduate Licentiate) FMGL Regulations, 2021 Gazette Notification 18.11.2021 is good for medical education of India & Indians
AT THE SAME TIME THE NOTIFICATION IS TOO HARSH FOR INDIAN MEDICAL STUDENTS ABROAD AS FAR AS IT'S IMPLIMENTATION & TIMING IN 2021 IS CONCERNED
FMGL Regulations 2021 Notification was promulgated in the mid of admission process in India and Abroad that was going on.
THE GAZETTE HAS HURT INNOCENT ECONOMICALLY WEAK STUDENTS & THEIR FAMILIES BADLY AND MADE THEM MORE WEAKER FINANCIALLY; COURTESY @NMC_IND
@narendramodi Ji,
DREAM IS SHATTERED.
Unfortunately the dream of these students who had gone to Ukraine for medical education in 2021 before war are getting shattered as the @NMC_IND is not allowing these approx. 1000 students to seek transfer as they come under FMGL2021
approx. more than 40000 fresh students under FMGL2021 have flown abroad and more are flying but ONLY THESE FEW are not allowed as they want your permission and are obeying the rules framed by @MoHFW_INDIA@NMC_IND so are now planning to stop their students. DREAMS SHATTERED.
@narendramodi जी
