Hello @UberIN_Support@Uber_India The vehicle arrived 400 meters outside the airport and not from the Uber kiosk at CCU. There were no parking fees paid by the vehicle, yet I was charged unnecessarily. The charges are definitely applicable for vehicles originating from Uber kiosk

@Uber_India@UberIN_Support My Uber ride arrived from outside the Airport (I have screenshot) yet I was charged ₹175.00 for the Airport. You can check your logs to see the vehicle didn't originate from the Uber kisok at CCU Arpt. I will share the details on DM once you repond.
@UberIN_Support My number associated with Uber is 9830271350. Date 10th March. Time 9:47 am. Driver cancelled the trip. I was unaware of this. After the completion of the ride he showed an Uber driver app and told me the amount as 699/- I trusted and paid via UPI. Later I found he had cancelled.

@zeptocares Hello, the issue was resolved on the 4th attempt. I’d like to file a formal complaint against the concerned Store Manager for accusing me of returning an unsealed product that was delivered. This is unacceptable and not expected from Zepto. Please check DM.
