Green line appeared on my S23 Ultra right after the latest software update. It was initially temporary but is now permanent. The line doesn't appear in screenshots.

"After a recent software update, my S23 Ultra developed a vertical green line defect. Samsung India has a policy for free display replacement for this known issue. However, their team is refusing to honor it by citing a 1.5-year-old minor cosmetic crack on the body, and they are completely ignoring my emails. @ASUSIndia @rajshamani What's the use of military-grade durability if the laptop is dead within just 11 months? The exterior may be strong, but the internal components seem to have failed far too soon. Durability should also mean long-term reliability, not just a rugged chassis.

@BlueStarLtd Thank you, @BlueStarLtd, for resolving my issue promptly. My complaint was resolved today (9 July). The outdoor unit PCB, which was covered under the warranty, has been replaced.

Dear @BlueStarLtd My AC is under a 5-year PCB warranty. The outdoor PCB burnt, but the warranty claim was denied. Even the service engineer couldn't explain the cause. Complaint No. B26070235569853. I've also emailed the invoice and details. Kindly review and resolve this matter.

Dear sir/madam,
This is regarding delay in the service/repair of my food processor fx11. I have given it to the service center on 31-Mar-2024. Its been 18 days and still the service center is unable to resolve the issue. Details sent via DM.
