Made the mistake of flying of @lufthansa@Lufthansa_USA. Never again, flight delayed making me miss my connection. Downgrading my ticket without informing me. Adding 10 hrs to my trip and no offer of compensation. Rude customer service all around. #horrible

@united Further more they are blaming us for not selecting a seat which is categorically not possible. As to even book for an upgrade to premium economy online you must select a seat. Not only was my mother in law called a liar but she was mentally harangued at the airport
