@SahilBloom Read this with my wife on a flight home after a wonderful European vacation with our kids. Great perspective and appreciated! Something to think about and focus on daily!
@SawyerMerritt Upgrading hardware was mentioned, but no clarity on cost responsibility or timeline. With ~300k HW3 vehicles already on the road, those details matter.
@SawyerMerritt Odd situation for Model S owners. Trade down to a 3 or Y? Benefit for a used Model S? I'm $20k upside down on the car, curious how much extra trade benefit we are talking? Would love a healthy/fair fix. Love my car. Hate that I have HW3.
Fact sheet on the #AgaKhan and the #Ismailis: @BBCWorld@CBCNews@CTVNews@NBCNews@nytimes@mehdirhasan@omarsachedina
1. Ismailis are Shi’i Muslims and after the Twelvers, Ismailis are the largest Shia community.
2. The Imam in Shi’i Ismaili belief is the spiritual guide and authoritative interpreter of Islam. Ismailis believe that the Imam’s guidance contains the correct interpretation of Islamic belief and practice at any given time.
3. The office of Imamat is believed to divinely elected and this divine election is expressed by the Imam’s appointment of his successor from his male progeny. This appointment is called “Nass”.
4. The late Aga Khan was the 49th hereditary Imam in an unbroken hereditary lineage going back to Ali ibn Abu Talib, the first Imam. The “Aga khan” title was given to the family 4 generations ago and is a secular title.
5. Historically, each Imam has announced his successor via Nass either verbally and/or more recently in written Wills. The late 49th Imam’s Will is going to read soon in which he has already designated the 50th Imam.
6. Ismaili is pronounced “ismiley” and Muslim is pronounced as “muslim” not “muzlim”.
7. Ismailia congregate for prayers in private spaces called Jamatkhanas not masjids/mosques.
8. Ismailis have a very strong spiritual and emotional attachment to our Imam. We see him as our spiritual father, our guiding light in times of darkness, the conduit for God’s blessings, and our spiritual beloved.
9. The late 49th Imam himself succeeded to the Imamat after his grandfather in 1957 when he was just 20 and was our Imam for almost 68 years.
His Highness was a selfless and powerful guiding light for so many. I grew up under his moral compass and with the sense of community he built for all Ismailis. It shaped me personally, professionally, and so much more. May he rest in eternal peace. #agakhan#ismaili

Where were the Dems criticizing Joe Biden today for not dropping out earlier back in January when Dean Phillips was actually running against him trying to force a primary? Nowhere to be found.
