@CAREIndia @policybazaar @Policybazaar Submitted reimbursement documents more than 10 times, yet the same documents are being requested again. Please coordinate, verify records, and process the claim urgently. Stop the unnecessary delays!

Knee surgery bill ₹8.6L. Care policy cover 12.5L incl. bonus. 7L pre-approved cashless with assurance of full eligible coverage, but only 7.5L approved at discharge. Unable to connect with @careinsuranceIN despite repeated follow-ups via @policybazaar Urgent resolution needed.

@careindia @Policybazaar
Extremely disappointed with the way my health insurance claim is being handled. My previous claim issue is still unresolved, and now my pre- and post-hospitalisation claims have also been rejected without any clear reason. App not showing my claims as-wel

@CareInsurance @Policybazaar @Nanavati_H After repeated follow-ups, Care has issued reimbursement to Nanavati but the hospital is refusing to refund the amount without an official email from the insurer. Patients shouldn’t suffer due to internal communication gaps. Pls resolve.

[Sandesh Kharvi @SSKharvi]

@canarabank Charged ₹2,400 as valuation charges plus loan processing charges for a ₹4.9 lakh gold loan at Sewri Branch, Mumbai. These charges seem excessive compared to other banks. Kindly review and resolve. #CanaraBank #GoldLoan #CustomerComplaint

@careinsuranceIN Can u plz call

[Sandesh Kharvi @SSKharvi]

After repeated follow-ups, got a call from Care Insurance, but now they are again asking for documents already submitted by the hospital during cashless approval. Why duplicate requests and delay in claim settlement? Please resolve urgently. @CareInsuranceIN @Policybazaar

@policybazaar This issue is getting worse. After @policybazaar call, I revisited the hospital. They informed me they have already received ₹69,215 less from @careinsuranceIN and are themselves following up with the insurer. They asked, “How can we refund when we haven’t received the full amt”

[Sandesh Kharvi @SSKharvi]

@policybazaar Hospital has not received any refund instruction from the insurer and is not ready to refund without written confirmation. Despite multiple requests, neither @Policybazaar nor the @careinsuranceIN has shared any official email. Please provide written confirmation to resolve this.

@policybazaar Can u call again

[Sandesh Kharvi @SSKharvi]

@careinsuranceIN Can u plz explain what’s the policy terms and conditions while settlement?

It’s been 48 hours and still no response or refund from @Goibibo. Extremely disappointing service despite multiple follow-ups. Please resolve this at the earliest. #Goibibo #RefundPending

Flight cancelled & refund already processed by airline, but @Goibibo still hasn’t credited my money even after multiple follow-ups. This is unacceptable.

Still waiting for my refund from Goibibo. Airline has already confirmed that the amount has been refunded from their end, but it hasn’t been credited to my account yet.

This delay is really frustrating.

@INALSA_OFFICAL @InalsaAppliances It’s been 10 days since I raised a complaint about my non-working air fryer, but there has been no response and no service visit yet. Extremely disappointed with the poor customer support. Please resolve this urgently! #Inalsa #CustomerService

So much smog and foul smell in the air! 😷 Even in the morning, Sector 26, Vashi was choking.

Hey @agoda, after 3 days you admit I checked in, but now say the charge was for actual stay—not a cancellation—when I already paid the property directly. Why double charge me and label it wrong? Please refund and fix this. #AgodaSupport #TravelFail

[Sandesh Kharvi @SSKharvi]

Hey @agoda, I checked into my hotel but was still charged a cancellation fee for a “no-show” by the property. Raised a query in the app—no proper response even after 3 days. Please resolve this ASAP. #AgodaSupport #CustomerServiceFail
