When are fully vaccinated NZ citizens allowed to return without this MIQ fiasco! If we are to isolate, surely a negative PCR would enable shorted quarantine & free up availability for others wanting to return home - and save taxpayer money!

@easyJet how do we get a refund or voucher for our flights to Palma over half term that were not cancelled but we couldn’t take due to government guidelines of only travelling if necessary! There is no way online to do this and your customer service has huge queues. Please help!
