Rockets, Robots, Race Cars, and Catapaults! Thanks to our amazing student organizations in the R.B. Annis School of Engineering for hosting our Open House last Saturday! The families had a great time exploring how we do engineering @uindy.
Last night, our Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (@IEEEorg ) club held a spooktacular pumpkin carving event. Our students created electrifying designs through their pumpkin carving skills. Judges had a tough time choosing the spookiest and most creative pumpkins.
The R.B. Annis School of Engineering is excited to welcome the largest ever incoming class with majors across seven different programs! The future University of Indianapolis Engineering class of 2027! Let's Go Hounds! @rbasoe@uindy
Congratulations to @uindy Engineering Class of 2023!
We had 40 students who completed their degrees across 6 different RBASOE undergraduate programs, including our first Electrical Engineering and General Engineering graduates!
And to all of our volunteers, who dedicated countless hours to this campaign, all I can say is thank you. This is OUR victory, friends. On to November 7th!
Grady @uindyhound, @KenReidUIndy from the R. B. Annis School of Engineering and Jocelyn Ortiz from the UIndy Office of Admissions visited @PikeHighSchool and had the pleasure of awarding a full-tuition scholarship to future Electrical Engineer, Stephanie Rios-Salcedo!
Proud to have earned the @MomsDemand Gun Sense Candidate Distinction. Every elected official has a role to play in addressing gun violence, and I look forward to being a strong advocate on the Indianapolis City-County Council for policies that keep our communities safe.
We have partnered with local big schools to award scholarships to deserving students.
Ken Reid, Megan Hammond and Grady @uindyhound met future Hound Terrion Washington of Southport High School and his family.
We look forward to helping Terrion become a successful engineer!
This is AWESOME!
@uindyhonors student and @uindy Mechanical Engineering senior Tyler Nolan’s research poster won 1st place at the @mideasthonors MEHA Conference.
Tyler’s research mentor is RBASOE faculty member Dr. Najmus Saqib.
