Sexual Assault Along the High Line Canal. On the afternoon of Tuesday, March 18, a female was assaulted while walking along the High Line Canal, near Horseshoe Park.

A male, riding a two-wheel electric scooter, rode up behind a female who was walking a dog. The male unlawfully groped the woman.

The male is around six feet tall, is about 20 to 30 years old and was wearing a green coat and blue hat.
