@IRCTCofficial I am travelling via Rajdhani express 22413..most premium train in India ..facing lots of issues despite paying heavy prices on the reservation tickets ...can I expect any resolution?

@RailwaySeva 1. On the upper berths we cannt sit ..my head goes bang into the roof if I try to wake up while sleeping or try to sit and had my food while in other trains I can easily do that.
2. Washrooms not clean
3. Food quality is very poor.
This is clearly not good for Rajdhani trains.
