Not a smart plan at all. A very simplistic but very overthought one. (very common with amateurs who think they are hitmen). Just my opinion based on the facts I’ve seen. I’m only making assumptions on small pieces and not his whole guilt or innocence. So far circumstantially, the case is very strong. Scott Peterson was convicted for killing is wife on far weaker circumstantial evidence. The full weight of evidence hasn’t even been presented yet (it will in the full trial).
