Halifax Regional Police is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing 14-year-old youth.

Magam Bashir-Ibrahim was last seen yesterday in Halifax.

Magam is described as a Black female. She was last seen wearing a black hijab, a red long sleeve top with matching red tights/leggings, black shoes and carrying a brown purse.

There is no information to suggest that Magam has met with foul play, however, police and her family are concerned for her well-being.

Magam or anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call police at 902-490-5020. Anonymous tips can be sent to Crime Stoppers by calling toll-free 1-800-222-TIPS (8477), submitting a secure web tip at www.crimestoppers.ns.caor by using the P3 Tips app.
