There are over 1 million Uber drivers in the USA experiencing this every day. Finding themselves in dangerous situation because of it. It affects our earnings our health, and it affects passengers negatively. Someone please investigate this.

If you call Uber driver support They will ask you for your information and ask your concern, then pass you off from one representative to another for as long as they can keep you on the phone. They will never give you an answer or resolution, they waste driver time on purpose.

It takes longer than 10 seconds for trip details to load in the Uber driver app. It’s just ridiculous that Uber wants drivers to sit by their phone all day and only give them 10 seconds to accept a request when their app is slow and buggy.

@Uber Why do drivers have 10 seconds or less to accept a ride request? If the closest driver misses the request the customer waits longer for a driver from further away. Add 5-10 more seconds, it’ll benefit drivers and customers and reduce long pickup fees saving Uber money.

So because Uber doesn’t give drivers 10 more seconds to accept the request the customer may be waiting 20 more minutes for a ride. How has no one at Uber corporate changed this? It’s almost like no one who drives for them ever moves up into corporate, lol.
