এটা সেই ২০০৯ সালে ধরা পড়া ১১ নারীর ধ***ক ও খু**নি 'রসু খাঁ' এর আদালতে রায়ের দিনের ছবি।

তার নিজের স্বীকারোক্তি অনুযায়ীই এই ১১ জনের তথ্য উঠে আসে। রায়ে তার যথারীতি সর্বোচ্চ শাস্তি ফাঁ//সিই হয়েছে।

আজকের সংসদে নাহিদ ইসলাম যা বললেন, সেটা শুধু বক্তব্য না - একটা আয়না। যেখানে রাষ্ট্রের আসল চেহারাটা পরিষ্কার দেখা যায়।

অর্থনীতি নিয়ে কথা বলেছেন - সংখ্যার খেলায় কীভাবে বাস্তবতা আড়াল করা হয়, সেটা তুলে ধরেছেন। দেশনীতি নিয়ে বলেছেন - কীভাবে নীতির নামে চলছে সুবিধাবাদের রাজনীতি। দুর্নীতি নিয়ে বলেছেন - কোনো রাখঢাক না রেখে।

আর মুক্তিযুদ্ধ? এই জায়গাটায় এসে তিনি সবচেয়ে অস্বস্তিকর কিন্তু দরকারি প্রশ্নগুলো ছুঁড়েছেন। কারণ এই ইস্যুটাকেই সবচেয়ে বেশি ব্যবহার করা হয়, কিন্তু সবচেয়ে কম মানা হয়।

তার বক্তব্যের শক্তি ছিল এক জায়গায় - তিনি কাউকে খুশি করার চেষ্টা করেননি। না সরকার, না বিরোধী দল। সরাসরি বলেছেন, যেখানে যা সমস্যা।

এই ধরনের কথা শুনতে ভালো লাগে না অনেকের, কারণ এতে চাটুকারিতা নেই, রাজনৈতিক নাটক নেই - আছে কেবল বাস্তবতা।

সংসদে অনেকেই কথা বলেন। কিন্তু খুব কম মানুষ আছেন, যাদের কথা শুনে মনে হয় - এই কথাগুলো আসলেই বলা দরকার ছিল।

আজকের পর অন্তত এটুকু বলা যায়, সবকিছু নিয়ন্ত্রণের মধ্যেও কিছু কণ্ঠ এখনো পুরোপুরি নিয়ন্ত্রণে যায়নি।

এখানে একটা ছবি আজকের আরেকটি ছবি ২০১৯ সালের, যেখানে ছাত্রলীগের হাতে মার খেয়ে রক্তাক্ত। আপনারা ২৪ এর রক্তাক্ত নাহিদকে চেনেন। এই নাহিদ আজকে তৈরি হয়নি ।

A retro is an utterly worthless waste of time if the team is not empowered to actually make the changes that they’ve identified as necessary. If you have to ask permission, you’re doomed. Having a retro every two weeks because…Scrum is just theater.

Could we all just dump the idea of a Sprint, please? Pick one story. Narrow its scope down to something you think you can build in a couple days. Build that. Repeat. Sprints provide no value that I can see.

Honestly. The Agile methods can be boiled down to this:

1. Work in short cycles.
2. Measure what happens.
3. Adapt.

If you don't find story points helpful, don't use story points.
If daily scrums are getting in the way, don't do daily scrums.
If the cycle is too long, shorten the cycle.
If the cycle is too short, lengthen the cycle.

Amplify the things that work.
Change the things that don't.

And, for God's sake, stop all the bellyaching.
