@dobbies why has the grotto been cancelled in Preston when there’s been no changes? Absolutely devastated & so will the kids. We was excited & wanted to get there baby Christmas tree to grown too. This is so unfair!

So if you booked online with @TUIUK you can change your holiday online. If you booked in store well you have to phone but can never get through! So our family have all changed the hol to 2021! Is nope can’t sort it & only 2 rooms left at the hotel we need to book! Kids will be 💔

While on maternity I got into crafting. Then decided to set up a little business page - Just before lockdown. Im now making mask bands to give to NHS and key worker staff that wear masks for hours a day and getting very sore ears I’m trying to give a little back at this time 🌈💙

I only want to change holiday not money back!

@TUIUK I understand @TUIUK are busy but Monday the woman couldn’t help me. Yesterday call the number she gave me 2 hours waiting to be cut off today 4 and half hours waiting to be cut off and now won’t let me call!! All my family have managed to change the holiday to next year & i cant

Just had a brain wave.. Iv attached a bath net to the back of the high chair with bobbles so I don’t have to keep going up & downstairs for bibs or muslin squares 😁 don’t know if anyone has done this but thought I’d share just incase ☺️
