@NiallHarbison I had a blind dog, he went blind around 9yrs old but he never complained, it didn’t change him.
They are amazing and just get on with life.

@emmamay1989 @joynes85 Wasn’t there a dog licence many years ago?. It is a good idea I’ve said it many times. This would be good if there was licence fees all money could go to animal charities.
