@Safeway when someone finally answered, he said he would check the driver's status and have someone call me right back... 34 minutes later I get a call from my store. He was stressed out because of all the backed up deliveries and extremely rude. He hung up on me.

@safeway something needs to be done about your delivery service. I paid for an hour time frame for delivery, I waited until after my delivery order passed before calling delivery's customer service number. I sat on hold for 47 minutes tonight before someone answered.
