Excited to share the free online modules my team created for Girl Rising! Flexible: works for remote, f2f, hybrid. Help kids see beyond their own borders, care about poverty and gender discrimination, and value their own education. https://t.co/mQwWOY27L4 #Rising2EducateGirls
This is the ticket. The best way to wrap your head around teaching online is taking an online class as a student. Empathizing with your students, experiencing what they experience, will allow you to design student-centered experiences. It's that easy and that difficult.
It looks like the Google Drive/G-Suite certificate has expired for @pathbrite. My students aren't able to include (easily) anything from GSuite in their portfolios. Does anyone have any thoughts about when #pathbrite will be able to fix this?
@MassDCR I thought Great Brook in Carlisle would be my cross country ski destination this weekend. I have a very disappointed family who traveled there today with our skis waxed for skate, only to find that @MassDCR delayed their ability to open.
So disappointed to travel to Great Brook today to enjoy skiing in this early gift from nature and find that it is closed. As my family was waxed for skate, many sad faces. Learned that the problem was with @MassDCR#massdcrfail
Thank you @RepJenBenson for sponsoring or co-sponsoring so many of the climate, human rights, and social justice bills on @uumassaction Advocacy Day! Our youth were thrilled to thank you for co-sponsoring the Empower Act. Early voting habits help democracy!

"I do it all!" Is that your job description? You're not alone, and it's hurting our ability to do our best work. From @JaneBozarth https://t.co/4sMKyAgrIX
@LangOnCourse This is the fallout of growing up in an era of high stakes testing and teacher accountability. Sadly, writing “formulas” help kids pass tests.
My hero, friend, and neighbor, Elsie Shutt, interviewed for The Secret History of Women in Coding. In 1957, she employed only women, ending work at 3 so everyone could meet the bus. https://t.co/06LCXG72Jg
